SHIPPING POLICY
At Lago Beach, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We want you to receive your unique beach sun shelter as quickly and safely as possible. We charge a flat rate AU$25. We use Australia Post to ship your items. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Currently, we only ship within Australia, however we can ship internationally at your expense. Please contact us to make arrangements.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your unique beach sun shelter from Lago Beach! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to initiate a return or exchange. Please make contact via our CONTACT PAGE on this site. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund or send out your exchange item(s) within the time specified by us. We reserve the right to refuse any refund based upon the information supplied to us by the customer.
